First Service Bank is delighted to announce the appointment of Sandra Finley as their new Business Development Officer. With her extensive experience and passion for community involvement, Sandra is well-equipped to represent First Service Bank and foster valuable relationships in the community.

Sandra Finley comes to First Service Bank with a wealth of financial expertise, having previously served as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Arvest Bank for two years. During her time there, Sandra played a crucial role in assisting borrowers with their mortgage decisions, emphasizing transparency and education throughout the loan process.

A graduate of ASU with additional certifications from Denali Real Estate School, John Casablancas Talent and Modeling School, and Venture Broker School, Sandra Finley is a dedicated professional who has a track record of success in various fields.

In her new role as Business Development Officer at First Service Bank, Sandra will actively represent the bank in the community. She will focus on building strong relationships that have the potential to develop into valuable business partnerships. Additionally, Sandra will ensure that branch employees are well-informed about the bank's products and equipped to successfully promote and sell them, ultimately bringing in deposits and nurturing lasting relationships.

Sandra Finley, a native of Denison, Texas, currently resides in the Central Arkansas Cabot area, with plans to relocate to Maumelle in the near future. She is a dedicated single mother of three almost adult boys and has a deep commitment to her community.

Sandra is known for her active involvement in community organizations. She currently serves as a Little Rock Chamber Ambassador and is an engaged committee member of the Little Rock Realtors Association (LRRA) Young Professionals Network (YPN), where she actively contributes to events benefiting Habitat for Humanity. Sandra is also a proud member of Women Build for Habitat and the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA).

When asked about her decision to join First Service Bank, Sandra expressed her enthusiasm for her new role, saying, "With my nine years of real estate and broker experience, I was ready to make the move into the banking side of the industry. Real estate served its purpose while I was raising my children, and I had expectations to move over to the banking side of the industry to further my career."

She further added, "I felt extremely at home and welcomed at First Service Bank. The people here are who I want to be a part of. I love the excitement of being involved with growing a new branch in Maumelle."
