Keynote Speaker

Larry Brown, born in Hot Springs, Arkansas, in 1946, is a proud Navy veteran who served during the Vietnam War. After his military service, he found-ed All Service Electric Inc. in 1983 and became a respected member of the local community. Larry has been actively involved in various boards, including those of educational institutions like Lake Hamilton Schools and National Park Community College. He is also a dedicated deacon at Hot Springs Baptist Church. Despite facing personal tragedies, including the loss of his son Adam in Afghanistan in 2010, Larry, along with his wife Janice, remains committed to supporting others. In April 2011, they co-established While We're Waiting, a faith-based support center for parents who have lost children.

Larry will share his son's inspiring story, as depicted in the New York Times bestseller "Fearless" authored by Eric Blehm, focusing on Adam's journey from battling drug addiction to serving with SEAL Team 6 in the Navy before his untimely death during a combat mission in Afghanistan.
