Greenbrier, AR –First Service Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Kasey Jaracz to the position of Vice President of Loan Operations. Kasey brings over 10 years of dedicated service to First Service Bank and a wealth of experience in loan processing and operations.
Kasey Jaracz's journey at First Service Bank began as a Loan Processor, where she processed both Consumer and Commercial loan documents. Over the years, she took on increasingly responsible roles within the bank, serving as Loan Processing Lead, Assistant Manager of Loan Operations, and most recently as Loan Operations Manager, where she led a team consisting of Credit Analysts and Loan Processors.
In her new role as Vice President of Loan Operations, Kasey will lead the Loan Operations Team, overseeing processes from Loan Application to Loan Servicing. She will ensure that the team exceeds customer expectations and upholds the bank's commitment to exceptional service. Additionally, Kasey will manage processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the bank's loan policies. She will write and propose new policies and procedures, develop training opportunities for the Lending Team, and encourage career development and volunteerism among loan associates. Kasey has also been appointed to the bank’s leadership team where she will be a part of strategic planning initiatives.

Kasey Jaracz, a native of Newport, AR, currently resides in Conway, AR, with her husband, Michael Jaracz, whom she has been married to for 18 years. They are proud parents of two teenage sons, Micah and Miland.
Kasey holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in Management from Davenport University in Dearborn, MI. She brings over 25 years of experience in the banking industry to her new role.
