GREENBRIER, AR – First Service Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Sarah Allen to the position of IT Security Officer and Senior Project Manager. Sarah brings over 13 years of banking experience to her new role, where she will play a crucial role in safeguarding the bank's assets and ensuring the security of its associates and customers.

Sarah Allen's journey at First Service Bank began in 2017 when she joined as a Lead Teller in the Conway Market. Over the years, she demonstrated her dedication and ability to take on increased responsibilities. In 2018, she was promoted to Care Center Branch Manager, a role she held until September 2023. Most recently, Sarah served as a Senior Project Manager, collaborating with various vendors across multiple channels to complete projects aimed at enhancing the bank's tools and services.

In her new dual role as IT Security Officer and Senior Project Manager, Sarah will be responsible for protecting the bank's physical assets and ensuring the safety of First Service Bank associates and customers. Her extensive banking experience, coupled with her project management skills, make her well-suited for this vital role.

Sarah Allen, born in Little Rock and raised in Lonoke and Poplar Grove, Arkansas, has been married to her husband, Billy Allen, for 12 years. They have a daughter, Bailey Allen, and a lively lab puppy named Elvis. The Allens are active members of the Greenbrier Church of Nazarene and strong supporters of the Greenbrier Panthers.

Sarah's passion for banking started at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, where she met her husband and began her career as a teller. She shared her enthusiasm for working at First Service Bank, stating, "My favorite thing about working for First Service Bank is how we all work as one team. It feels like a family. We are able to collaborate and lean on each other to strengthen the bank as a whole."

In her new position, Sarah is excited about the opportunities it presents to learn, grow, and serve. She emphasized, "I am excited to collaborate with our talented associates and find ways to make processes safer and easier. This position is not just important; it's vital in this day and age, and I am honored to take on the responsibility."
