First Service spotlights Stephanie Pinkston

For Stephanie Pinkston, First Service Bank was the perfect fit – a professional work environment where co-workers feel like family.

“I enjoy helping people and the friendly atmosphere at First Service,” she said.

Stephanie, a Loan Processor II, has worked at First Service for 15 ½ years. “My current responsibilities mainly include mortgage releases, UCC continuations, second day review on loan coding and many other duties,” she said. “I also help wherever I am needed.”

While a senior in high school, Stephanie began her banking career in 1995 at Farmers Bank in Greenwood, AR. She has about 28 years of banking experience.

“I wanted to work in a professional environment where I could help people and I could participate in the work program at school during my senior year,” she said of her decision to pursue banking as a profession.

Stephanie joined First Service as a teller. “I was working in Conway and my husband worked in the oil field at the time. I wanted to be closer to home and children,” she said.

In 2008, Stephanie began working in loan processing and “I have been in loan processing ever since.”

Born in Little Rock, Stephanie and her husband, Jason, live in Greenbrier. The couple have been married 20 years and have three children and a grandson. “I enjoy hunting, fishing and camping,” she said. “I also love spending time with family and friends.”

It is that family atmosphere that Stephanie enjoys at First Service. “We all work together as a team and First Service Bank is like family."
