Morgan Rish joins First Service Bank

It is the “small town, family-oriented atmosphere” that attracted new associate Morgan Rish to First Service Bank.

Morgan recently joined First Service as a project manager assigned to its corporate office. “I come from a small town and family is extremely important to me, so it feels like home,” she said.

“We are excited to have Morgan join our team, her project management background will be a vital impact to our project management team,” said Andy Grumbles, chief financial officer.

Morgan previously worked as a project manager at Westrock Coffee Co.

“I will be working with key stakeholders at First Service Bank to understand the business needs, creating a project plan that aligns with the company’s objectives,” said Morgan. “I will also track the deliverables to execution.”

While working at First Service, Morgan hopes to expand her personal and professional development. “Banking provides such a wide variety of opportunities and career growth,” she said. “I have a lot to learn, and there isn’t a better place than First Service to start my career in banking.”

Born in Little Rock, Morgan lives in Sheridan. She earned an accounting degree from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro.

Morgan is excited to use her education and expertise to contribute to the growth of First Service Bank. “My job responsibilities position me right in the center of the goals that we are working to accomplish as a company,” she said. “It is satisfying to see the projects come to fruition. I am fortunate to be a part of it.”
